  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour (all goal)
  • 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • ½ scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, pure
  • 2 tbsp 0% greek yogurt

Frosting

Technique

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a 2.5” donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flours, sweetener, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. In one other bowl, whisk collectively the egg, egg white, peanut butter and yogurt till mixed.
  4. Add the dry components to the moist and stir till a batter types and no dry spots stay.
  5. Switch the combination to a piping bag and fill 7 donut cavities.
  6. Bake the donuts for 16-18 minutes.
  7. As soon as cooled, soften the chocolate and coconut oil collectively till easy.
  8. Dip every donut into the chocolate and high with chopped Quest Frosted Peanut Butter Cookie items.
