👋 Whats up buddy

Within the subsequent 12 weeks, we’ll undergo his Life Productiveness System. This week, we centered on the realm: FOCUS.

Ali made a speculation: By monitoring our focus periods, we will double our productiveness.

I now monitor my focus time with Google Sheets.

I observe:

  • 📝 Job
  • ⏱️ Begin and finish instances
  • ⌛ Period (calculated)
  • 📚 Matter
  • 🤔 Reflection

A Google Sheets focus log displaying various columns: Date, Align & Organize, Start time, End time, Focus time, Project, and Reflect & Recharge. The log tracks activities, start and stop times, total focus time, project names, and reflections. Entries are color-coded for better visual organization.

My focus log in Google Sheets

After logging some periods, analyze developments by asking chatGPT.

I requested ChatGPT about focuslog developments and patterns. It shared invaluable insights:

  • Greatest focus instances: 11am – 1pm and 3pm – 5pm.
  • Breaking admin work into 15-minute chunks.
  • Taking common breaks.

Hourly Breakdown: A productive hour appears to be like like this:

A visual representation of a productivity routine, divided into different time segments. The routine starts with a 5-minute "Align" session followed by a 5-minute "Organize" session, then a 50-minute "Focus" period, and concludes with a 5-minute "Recharge" session and a 5-minute "Reflect" session. The sections are color-coded with "Align" in gray, "Organize" in purple, "Focus" in gold, "Recharge" in green, and "Reflect" in blue.

Structured focus session

Whole: 60 minutes

  1. 5 minutes: Manage
    • Tidy up.
    • Get a drink.
    • Use the restroom.
  2. Fifty minutes: Focus
  3. 5 minutes: Replicate & Relaxation
    • Evaluate work and plan for the subsequent session.
    • Stretch and stroll.

This routine is a game-changer. 🚀

Productiveness Replace

Within the final publication, I provided to assist with productiveness points.

I’ve acquired many questions. I’ll reply to all inside three days. You possibly can nonetheless ship in questions for a number of extra days. 🙂

Have a fantastic week!

xx Lukas 🤗
