On this week’s version of my Productiveness Lab Journey, I’ll share some ideas that will help you create joyful days.

  • Creating Joyful Days: You outline what a super and practical workday seems to be like for you.
  • A Morning Manifesto: A journaling train to begin your day.
  • An Night Epilogue: A journaling train to finish your day.

4 Steps to Your Joyful Day

  1. Write down your non-negotiables.
  2. Write down the time you want for every process.
  3. Type them into your day in response to your power ranges.
  4. Plan every day to be joyful. Check with your joyful day template.

I attempt to dwell by this sentence: Match power to process and be artistic earlier than reactive.

🕖 Morning is Maker-Time -> Excessive Power -> Excessive Precedence = Deep work on my long-term targets

🕑 Afternoon is Supervisor-Time -> Medium Power -> 50% power me + 50% power different individual = 100% power

🕕 Early Night is Monkey-Time (Admin) -> Low Power -> Admin duties & low mind energy actions


My Morning Manifesto and Night Epilogue

Morning Manifesto 🌞

I ask myself these three questions earlier than I eat breakfast:

  • What am I grateful for?
  • How will I guarantee I’ve an amazing day?
  • What tiny factor will I do at present that scares me?

Night Epilogue 🌜

I ask myself these three questions after brushing my tooth:

  • What good have I completed for somebody at present?
  • What did I study at present?
  • What nice issues did I expertise at present?
